Postpartum Pilates €29.99

Even if you have maintained your fitness regime throughout your pregnancy, getting back your pre-baby physique can be a challenge. That’s why I have tailored this Pilates programme to new mothers who need a little more support getting back into exercise in the “4th trimester”.

This programme is based on my 12+ years of studying, learning and healing my own core and pelvic floor issues. A blueprint to navigate towards a restored pelvic floor, deep core strength and return you to a high level of fitness safely.

PS: It is also great for mums with toddlers, not just new-borns.

This progressive postpartum exercise programme helps you to reconnect with your pelvic floor, regain tone in your abdominal muscles and improve your posture to ease back pain.

The programme is really simple to do and you can easily progress through each video of the programme as you feel strong enough, allowing you to go completely at your own pace. The programme will take you a number of weeks, or even a couple of months to complete depending on your unique starting point.

IN THIS PROGRAMME YOU WILL DISCOVER:

  • Tools needed for Recovering After Childbirth & Pregnancy
  • How to Restore The Strength of your Pelvic Floor
  • What exercise you can do in those first six to eight weeks
  • Regain abdominal strength to support your lower back and pelvis
  • Overcome stress incontinence and trust your body

Having required physio post-pregnancy, I found Emma’s ability to adapt moves, and even recommendations for home practice, excellent. Emma has in-depth ante-natal and postpartum training so however pregnancy has affected you physically, she’s probably heard of it and can help.

Emma is highly qualified, motivated, enthusiastic, encouraging, also regularly up-skilling, training and sharing her new knowledge or moves. I really feel the benefit for days afterwards!

I can’t say enough good things about this programme.  My lower back no longer aches at the end of the day, I don’t leak if I sneeze and this has done more to flatten my tummy than all the dieting I’ve been doing so far. Who knew such simple moves could make such a difference.

Who is behind this Postpartum Exercise Programme?

My name is Emma McAtasney, and I am a perinatal exercise specialist who helps women live better in their bodies and take charge of their future health and wellbeing.

Over the last 11+ years of studying and sharing this work with my clients, I have witnessed that optimal alignment, strategic self-care, and therapeutic movement are a powerful tools for helping women overcome pelvic health related problems and become the catalyst for their own healing.

Women often think of Pelvic Floor challenges as part of the “motherhood package, ” and this leads to pelvic floor disorders often going unreported. I want other mums to know that we can do more than just buy incontinence pads! Much more!

Sadly, many woman will suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction during some stage of their life. From incontinence, painful intercourse,. vaginismus and organ prolapse. All the way through endometriosis, fibroids and chronic pelvic pain, as woman we are not offered many lasting solutions when it comes creating pelvic floor health.

My aim with this Postpartum Exercise programme is to deliver empowering education about your pelvic floor so you can pro-actively take care of your pelvic health for years to come!
