Who Am I to Help You?
Hi, I am Emma McAtasney, I’ve been a Nutrition and Wellness Coach specialising in women’s health since 2015.
I studied nutrition coaching because I just hated seeing my Pilates clients caught in the cycle of yo-yo dieting and feeling defeated by their body’s inability to shed stubborn pounds.
While coaching clients I noticed there was always a small population who seem to be doing everything right and still couldn’t lose body fat. So, I returned to education to learn more on hormonal changes, gut microbiome, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management so I could help them.
