I’m Emma, the founder of Vitality Pilates & Wellness with over 15+ years experience in personal training, wholefood nutrition, meal planning and wellness coaching. I began coaching in 2015 because I hated seeing my Pilates clients caught in the cycle of yo-yo dieting and feeling defeated by their body’s inability to shed stubborn pounds.
While coaching clients I noticed there was always a small population who seem to be doing everything right and still couldn’t lose body fat. So, I returned to education to learn more on hormonal balance, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management.
That is when I discovered that if your body is dealing with hormonal or metabolic changes, even the best programme won’t get to the root of the issue and bring incredible results!
